Delphi Consultancy acts as a corporate services provider facilitating business setup, visa processing, accounting, and compliance in the United Arab Emirates. We are a consultancy and administrative firm.

3. User Representations

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

  • All registration and KYC (Know Your Customer) information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
  • You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary.
  • You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
  • You will not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, particularly concerning UAE Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

4. Fees and Payment

We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, and other approved gateways. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via our services. All fees related to government licenses and third-party costs are subject to change by the respective UAE authorities without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including delays caused by government processing times or bank compliance checks, which are strictly out of our control.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Delphi Consultancy and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
