Prior to founding Delphi, he established EduDelphi as a leading professional training institute and held senior leadership roles within multinational organizations, advising global enterprises on strategic growth and compliance across the UAE and beyond.

Pranab Ray

A consulting industry veteran with over 35 years of post-qualification experience, Pranab has held senior leadership roles across public and private sector entities in India and abroad. During his corporate tenure, he served as Head of Finance for a Telecom and ISP promoted by a UAE-headquartered Fortune 500 company, and held a senior managerial position at Deloitte & Touche LLP (USA), delivering global Enterprise Risk Services and Consulting.
In the international public domain, Pranab served as Functional Head for New Quantum Holdings Pty Ltd. (Australia) and Senior Professional Services Consultant for FreeBalance Inc. (Canada), providing IFMIS solutions to governments worldwide. He has also rendered specialized consulting in Public Financial Management (PFM) and Capacity Building for developing nations under World Bank-sponsored projects.
His core expertise encompasses System Study & Architecture (workflow mapping, complex Chart of Accounts development), full-scale IFRS and IPSAS implementation, and ERP Functional Strategy. Having successfully delivered complex projects across major ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoho) spanning Asia, Africa, Eastern Europe, and Oceania, Pranab excels at bridging global best practices with seamless local execution.

With over four decades of global expertise across finance, accounting, and corporate governance, Ravi leads comprehensive operational strategies and compliance frameworks. He possesses deep technical mastery in IFRS/GAAP accounting, taxation, and internal auditing. Having held senior management positions in multinational organizations across the UAE, India, and globally, Ravi excels at remote team leadership, ERP implementation, and streamlining complex business processes. His extensive cross-industry experience spans healthcare, manufacturing, supply chain, and retail.
